We would like to clarify that our Swim Parkas are described as showerproof, not waterproof. They are designed to help keep swimmers warm and dry after swimming by providing a water-resistant outer layer and absorbent towel lining.

As noted in our product information and FAQs, if a swimmer gets into the car wearing very wet swimwear underneath, some moisture transfer can occur when seated due to pressure forcing water through the fabric. For best results, we recommend removing wet swimwear or towel drying before putting on the parka.
