Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Australia Only:

• To be eligible for an exchange, ensure all tags are attached, and the item is unworn
• Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning goods for an exchange or refund
• $15.00 repackaging and shipping fee applies to all refunds and returns 
• If within 30 days of the purchase date, email contact@schmik.com.au to discuss a return
• No returns or exchanges on our sale items or mystery boxes 

International:

• Overseas customers enjoy a warranty
• While we do not provide exchanges for incorrect sizing, we accept returns for faulty goods

Overseas warranty. No exchanges for incorrect sizing however returns are accepted for faulty goods.
