It’s also important to note that washing can affect the showerproof coating over time. Using heavy detergents, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals can break down the water-repellent finish. We also recommend avoiding the spin dryer, as this can impact both the outer coating and the structure of the fabric. A gentle wash cycle with mild detergent and line drying is always best.

Yes, all our swim parkas come with removable sleeves, allowing you to customise the level of warmth and coverage based on the weather. Our parkas are lined with an absorbent towel, which can also be found inside the sleeves.

Our swim parkas are designed to keep car seats dry with high-quality treated fabric,however, they are not completely waterproof. If you're experiencing dampness, please ensure the parka is properly fastened and fully dry before use. Also, ensure wet clothes are removed and that the parka is not caught at the back when seated, this will allow wet clothes to come in contact with the seat.

When Will You ship My order?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours excluding pre-orders. Please be patient during sales & peak season time, processing time could be up to 4 days.

Any items purchased with pre-orders will be sent together.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Orders under $150 are $12.50. Internationally orders can take up to 14 days.

How do you ship?

We use Australia Post and Aramex for most of our products.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link that you can follow via email. Sometimes tracking might take a day or 2 so please be patient. Please check your spam box as sometimes our emails end up in there.

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges after this date will not be accepted. All tags must be attached, and the parka must not have been worn.

No returns on our sale items or mystery boxes 

Please note that the purchaser must pay the return shipping fee and a $15.00 return postage fee applies.

If your order qualifies for a refund and includes a promotional free gift (e.g., for purchases over $350), the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

• Overseas customers enjoy a warranty
• While we do not provide exchanges for incorrect sizing, we accept returns for faulty goods

For children, if your child wears an Australian size 10, we recommend choosing one size up (size 12) from their standard clothing size.
