Shipping Information for Schmik Swim Parkas:

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• We use Australia Post for shipping.
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours excluding pre-orders.
• Any items purchased with pre-orders will be sent together.
• Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of confirmed payment.
• Flat Fee: A flat shipping fee of $12.50 applies to all orders within Australia.
• Express Option: An express option is available at an additional cost for faster delivery. 

Bulk Orders:

• Orders of 5 or more jackets will be shipped via courier for your convenience.

Delivery Preferences:

• Please specify in your order if you require a signature upon delivery. If not specified, items will be left in a secure location.

International Shipping:

• We offer worldwide shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Duties and taxes applicable in each country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pre Orders- please note all in-stock items purchased with pre-orders will be shipped together. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Australia Only:

• To be eligible for an exchange, ensure all tags are attached, and the item is unworn.
• Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning goods for an exchange.
• $12.50 repackaging fee applies. 
• If within 30 days of purchase date, email contact@schmik.com.au to discuss return 

International:

• Overseas customers enjoy a warranty.
• While we do not provide exchanges for incorrect sizing, we accept returns for faulty goods.
