Without a doubt the quality of this product can't be challenged. The quality of the fabric, the zips, the stitching is outstanding and I'm so happy with it. I wear it to water aerobics and on the mornings when it's in single figures it's lovely to have the warmth of my parka and it's great that my car seats don't get soaked anymore! However, I have found the sizing was a bit challenging. As I said - I have kept the item and wear it a few times a week. The description on the website calls it 'generously sized' but I have found that the sizing is very generous on the shoulders/sleeve length, but considerably less than generous in the hip area. I can't zip it up at all. I bought the 3XL which states it is for 20+, but I would not recommend for anyone over size 20. I knew from the measurements in the size chart that it would be close to fitting me & took the word 'generous' literally, but I think the word 'generous' is probably not appropriate when it relates to sizing.
I love that the sleeves are removable as when we get into the warmer months - and temps reach 45 degrees, I can still wear it and the car seats can remain dry.
This parka looks fantastic - we've had many people stop us and ask where it is from. It's also light weight and really practical, keeping the car seat dry on the way home from swimming training.
My swim parka is the best. I go to aqua & my new parka keeps me warm throughout winter.
